Job: Part-Time Lease Administrator

Commerical RE company is seeking someone with background in RE, specifically commercial and/or property management to extract detailed information from tenant leases. Must have experience with rent reconciliation (CAM recs), Operating expense reconciliation, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. This person will interface with accounting group to be sure client is compliant with lease agreements.

This position is a permanent, part-time position. Hours are anticipated at 20-30 per week on an on-going basis.
