HELP STOP FRAUD DEAD IN ITS TRACKS!!! JOB SUMMARY: Identifies acceptable risk behaviors to issue credit or take early action to reduce credit loss. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Review accounts to determine eligibility and/or assess risk. • Respond to customers via phone and/or written communications. • Comprehend, determine and direct the specific verification and /or investigative procedures to be used in the processing of a customer’s information. • Resolve moderately complex situations directly with customer and/or appropriate third parties to ensure both customer and business requirements are met. • Ability to clearly communicate through both verbal and written means. • Ability to interpret data and organize information. • Ability to follow procedures and make judgmental decisions based on general policy or regulatory guidelines. • Ability to use sound judgment. • Ability to meet established performance and quality standards. • Ability to navigate in multiple processing systems. • Must have strong PC skills.
