Job: Customer Care Pro-CS T3-Global Dollar Card (Bi-lingual Spanish)

Facilitate inbound calls for all Global Dollar Card clients by acting as the primary contact for Corporate Card Operations. Decrease risk to American Express through account analysis, evaluate profitability and make important credit decisions, billing reconciliation and document GDC account portfolios. Perform account maintenance, answer general billing inquiries and assist with research on detailed questions. Educate new and existing clients on American Express products and services and work closely with client to ensure maximum profitability. Serve as a liaison between Field Sales and the client. Work closely with client to minimize credit losses. Educate Program Administrators on Web functionality and assist with enrollment, maintenance and site navigation.

1+ year of credit experience having analyzing financial statements to determine credit worthiness. Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Demonstrated accounting and banking skills required.

Proficient PC skills including experience with MS Office products and internet navigation.

Experience in a fast paced, high volume work environment. Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills with internal and external clients.

Experience in identifying gaps and generating process improvement ideas. Strong flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while maintaining accuracy. Work independently in a structured environment with minimal supervision. Ability to analyze and assess needs of clients. Preferred: Working knowledge of federal and state laws in relation to debt collection.

Candidates should be flexible to work between the hours of 5 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday.
