We are currently hiring for a(n) Occupational Therapist I

Department: IP Therapy Services - TPK
Schedule: On Call
Shift: Days
Hours: variable hours M-F, occasional Saturdays

Organizes and conducts medically prescribed occupational therapy programs under the direct referral of physician. Helps to restore/promote optimal physical function, fitness, wellness, and quality of movement and daily living skills. The staff member must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate of the age of the patients served on his/her assigned unit. They must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth development of the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status. They must interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs and to provide the care needed as described in the unit's departmental policies and procedures.

Basic Education: Bachelor's Degree, AZ State licensure
Basic Experience 6 months related;
Basic Field-of-Expertise: Bachelor Degree in occupational therapy from an accredited university approved by the AOTA
