Jobing Description
Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport is looking for a Concierge Lounge Attendant! As the Attendant, you will be responsible for setting up and refreshing the continental breakfast in the VIP lounge, answering guest questions, assisting with any needs, and giving great service!
The Concierge Lounge is typically open from 6am - 10am Monday through Friday, so this position is for an early riser! Being punctual is a must! This position allows for some ability to pick up extra hours in the restaurant, banquets, or bar if your schedule is flexible! Skills / Requirements
*Must have great guest services
*Be able to stand for long periods of time *Previous food and beverage perferred *TIPS certification is a plus! Important Notes
