Job: Care Givers For Individuals with Special Needs

We are looking for providers to become part of our extended company family - bringing happiness, well-being, and growth into our individual's lives. The majority of our positions are at individuals with special needs' homes throughout the valley. We are looking for people who are willing to work a split shift and weekends. If your house is certified, or if you are willing to get your house certified, for individuals to be at your home, compensation rates are higher. Our successful and expanding Home and Community Based Services program will ensure you have the resources needed to provide care for the individual. Must be 18+ years old
Able to pass a Criminal Background Check and a State Fingerprinting Clearance
Reliable transportation is vital
If transporting clients, valid AZ driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
