Sierra H Broadcasting, is seeking energetic Account Executives for Old School R&B “MEGA” and Old School Hip Hop "The BEAT".

The candidates we are looking for must be self-motivated and comfortable “on the streets.” Someone who has a proven record of accomplishment for growing revenues by providing superior customer service throughout all phases of the selling process.

The successful candidates must be performance driven and results oriented and possess excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. They must be a proactive problem solver with a record of accomplishment and success with sales.

Responsibilities include:

• Seek out and develop new accounts while servicing existing clients.
• Ensure attainment of monthly, quarterly and annual local budget goals
• Maintain daily sales procedures and attend weekly and individual sales meetings.
• Must be able to maintain positive relations with other departments, to insure proper execution of sales orders, collections activities and promotions.

Requirements:
• Motivated, hard-working and organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent follow through and customer service skills.
• Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills
• Must posses excellent organization and time management skills
• Proficiency with digital media , including web, streaming, Social Networking - Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and linkedIn
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
