Job: Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

You MUST have experience with maintenance in order to be considered!

Full-time Maintenance Supervisor needed for apartment community located in Mesa.

Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the
community. Handles repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for a market ready
status. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the
community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Scheduling and supervising of other maintenance personal, vendors, and contractors.

Perform routine maintenance of apartments and property.

Ordering of supplies.

You MUST have experience with maintenance in order to be considered!

HVAC certification required
