Job: Temporary Work Force Management (WFM) Analyst - Census

Temporary WFM Analyst_DRIS

- Monitor intraday performance, staffing data and agent adherence on a real time basis
- Produce WFM reports according to deadlines, attendance, adherence, agent productivity and ad hoc reports
- Ensure sufficient time is planned to support the business needs such as coaching, team meetings, training, etc.,
- Maintains and updates the workforce management systems with daily exceptions
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data by working time-off, schedule change and other request types in the Aspect eWFM system.
- Maintain the inputs and outputs of the One port account management system

- High school diploma or GED, Bachelor Degree preferred
- Proficient in Aspect eWFM application
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work in multi-task environment
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Successful experience delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, time management and handling multiple tasks
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- High level of commitment, initiative, vision and enthusiasm
