-Present Finance and Insurance Products that best fit the customers' needs while maximizing dealer profits
-Overcome objections to purchasing products
-Communicate with lenders regarding loan programs
-Prepare loan packages with accuracy
-Comply with all company policies and procedures
-Consistently meet production goals
-Meet customer satisfaction expectations

Skills / Requirements

Minimum of 2 years in Auto Finance

ADP

Highest level of CSI

Demonstrated Automotive Managerial Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic

Proven record of success in the industry
