Job: RN Branch Manager

we are seeking a Branch Manager that has previous experience as a Director or Administrator for a Medicare Certified Home Health agency (at least two years of experience). As the Branch
Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, developing your team as census continues to grow. As the RN Branch Manager, you will be assisting with performance improvement, payer source and reimbursement activities for the agency. You will also be responsible for implementing of a Plan of Care.

Requirements:

1. Very strong knowledge of home health rules and regulations.

2. Two years of experience managing a Medicare Home Health agency

3. Active RN License (AZ)

4. BS preferred but not mandatory

5. Passion for Quality Care
