Hilton Financial has been in the industry for loan industry for almost 20 years. We offer FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA as well as the private money and 203k financing. Unlike banks and other lenders right now, we get loans done...fast!

Currently we are looking for an Experienced Loan Officer with an existing book of business, where we can help you produce to your potential. This position can be a full-time or part-time, commission only position! Your be able to work from home and still have the support of our experienced office to help you when necessary.

Duties:

Attracts new mortgage loan applications by developing relationships within the community, specifically with the real estate community; making sales calls to prospective customers.

Submits mortgage loans after examining application and supporting documentation; estimating credit-worthiness; calculating repayment risk.

Protects company's image by keeping mortgage loan information confidential.

Keeps up on today's lending standards by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Must have an existing book of business & Realtor base

Minimum of 2 years experience

Previous experience working in a commission only position - confident in their abilities

Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, RESPA, TILA and Calyx Point.
