Job: Director - Network Business Planning

The Director - Network Business Planning is responsible for leading the development of business planning. This individual leads the development of Network and facility specific business plans by managing the planning processes. Utilizes complex analytical tools to guide and facilitate leadership to effective decision making. Responsibilities include the identification and evaluation of business opportunities and their presentation for approval and the planning for specific opportunities. The position requires skills in planning, including researching, analyzing, organizing, communicating, directing and presenting. This position is responsible to provide decision support and technical expertise to leadership and management.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·Leads the process to evaluate, develop, communicate and manage business planning.

·Identifies information sources and gathers data (including economic research, market demographics, industry intelligence, operational feasibility, risk analyses, demand studies), conducts research and analyzes data that is pertinent to identify business opportunities.

·Facilitates business planning goal and objective development. Writes business plans. Evaluates results of implemented plans.

·Conducts competitor analysis and assessment of market position.

·Reviews existing programs and services, defines and develops plans to respond to market, physician and consumer needs.

·Analyzes and defines the market for growth opportunities using data from various sources.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

·Bachelors degree in business or related field

·5+ years experience in health care business planning
