Job: Inside Sales--Telemarketing Agents

Fast Growing Company with excellent reputation! Searching for 2-3 Inside Sales consultants with call center telemarketing sales experience. The Inside Sales Consultant compensation consists of a base salary with a progressive bonus structure and is expected to earn $1200+ weekly.

There will be a phased training program designed to give you the skills necessary to be successful with selling home and commercial security systems. Inside Sales Consultants will have the opportunity to participate in our career path program and may qualify to move up into management, within their first 6-12 months and will earn additional income from team overrides above their own personal production.

Skills/ Requirements
• 2+ years experience in call center outbound sales
• Must be results driven, customer oriented and professional.
• Be highly motivated with the ability to sell over the phone
• Be able to perform in call center environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proven sales record – Come prepared to dazzle!
