Job: Technical Support Assistant

Responsibilities include:

Product support

Answer incoming technical support calls

Monitoring client site for uptime status

Client installs

Troubleshooting issues with client sites

Communication with clients, sales team and internal teams

Local desktop support

Position will be utilized as a backup support roll for the current network support structure. Also, this role will assist in the upgrades of all current network hardware.

Desired skills:

Familiar with firewalls, ports, routers

Understanding of networks (LAN/WAN)

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

Network+ certification
