Jobing Description
An opportunity for a full-time Office Manager has become available. The primary responsibilities of the position will include answering multi-line phone system and greeting clients, visitors and staff in a pleasant, professional and courteous manner. Applicant must also exhibit interpersonal and organizational skills in order to coordinate the functions of the reception area. Candidate must have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and must be fluent in Spanish.
Skills / Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED plus one (1) year experience providing customer service including answering phones, secretarial and/or switchboard duties. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. or An Associates degree in a related field, no experience necessary. Important Notes
Must be at least 21 years of age (licensing requirement). Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
