Job: Outside Sales Rep

Arizona Exterminating Company has been servicing Arizona since 1936.
We are seeking Outside Salespeople in several valley locations.

PLEASE READ: This is a commissioned sales position with unlimited income potential, candidate should be comfortable working on commission.

. Sell pest control, termite control, weed control, pigeon/gopher and home seal services to commercial and residential clients.

. Develop a referral base by creative selling and networking. (75%)

. Company provided leads (25%)

. Complete daily sales behavior sheets and consistently meet sales quotas.

. Pass state certification testing within 90 days of employment.

. Attend all sales training and seminars.

Candidate should have:
.Prior success calling on commercial and residential clients in a highly competitive market.
. Be articulate, accurate and possess strong closing skills.
.Willing to prospect (cold call) and find new business.
.Have impeccable customer service skill and exceptional listening skills.
.Possess the ability to master concepts and technical info necessary to pass a license examination.
.Knowledge of real estate, home inspections and construction is a plus.
.Prior success selling in a business to business environment
