Job: Commercial/Business to Business Collections

NESCO Accounting & Finance has an opening for a Credit Service Representative to do commercial collections.

MUST have prior AR and Commercial Collections experience.

Our client is located in Tempe and is in the packaging materials industry.

Ideal candidates MUST have 2-4 years prior business to business/commercial collections experience to be considered.


Essential Job Duties:
- Handle an assigned portfolio of accounts
- Contact vendors and notify businesses to discuss outstanding balances
- Negotiates payments schedules with customers in order to receive past due amounts on account balances.
- Research and resolution of account issues
- Investigates customer complaints regarding billing
- Research payments to ensure they have been posted correctly
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Back up other representatives as needed.

- MUST HAVE 2+ years of AR/Commercial Collections experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Great customer service skills
