Hiring: Registry Vacation Sales Consultants

As a Registry Vacation Consultant (RVC), you would make calls to Members and other lead sources, utilize professional sales skills and sell a conceptual vacation package. Expectation is to make a minimum of $50K per year while working 32.5 hours per week.

Potential RVC’s must demonstrate strong written and verbal English communication skills; have computer literacy, previous sales experience and the flexibility to work various shifts. In addition, this candidate must work off a dialer, with the structure and determination to succeed in a fast paced, goal driven environment.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

-Fundamental knowledge of the sales process
-Tough-minded personality with the ability to overcome challenges and handle rejection
-Open to coaching and able to execute based on the direction given
-Strong oral communication and listening skills
-Self motivated, ambitious and able to succeed in a competitive sales environment
-Maintain attendance requirements including zero absenteeism within the first 90 days
-Deal with stress in a calm, composed and objective manner
-Set and attain high goals
-Comfortable working with multiple computer programs to attain desired goals

Minimum Qualifications:

-At least 1 year previous sales experience with pre-set sales goals
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, DOS based software, internet and member database
