Jobing Description
Entry level support position reporting to IT Manager.
Candidate will be responsible for daily office duties within the IT Department, such as inventory, correspondence, communication with vendors and preparing presentations for department. Candidate will perform basic secretarial and clerical duties under direct supervision and other duties as needed or assigned. Skills / Requirements
- Intermediate level of computer experience including skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively in a positive and professional manner with all levels of personnel - Must have strong organizational and writing skills, coupled with the ability to multi-task, and work independently - Candidate must have excellent work ethic and attitude - Experience with inventory processing - Experience working with vendors Important Notes
