Job: RN Clinical Liaison

Select Specialty Hospital is part of a nationally recognized acute care hospitals uniquely designed to meet the need of medically complex, catastrophically injured or critically ill patients. The clinical liaison for the relationship building in their territory in order to meet census goals. Sales techniques such as cold calling and contact planning will be utlitized. We are currently hiring for Clinical Liaison - RN for the Phoenix Central Westside territory.

Using independent judgment and discretion, the Select Specialty RN Clinical Liaison assesses the clinical status of patient referrals, evaluates patient needs, and assists the hospital in addressing needs of specific patients. Expierence within critical care, trauma or other specialty settings is preferred. Marketing expierence preferred. The RN Liaison serves as an education resource for the hospitals and healthcare professionals. Polished public relations skills and a cooperative and assertive attitude are essential. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with all levels of hospital staff, physicians, and patient referral sources. Position requires current AZ RN or RT license. Must be able to maintain and grow territory utlizing marketing techniques.
