Job: Trade Show Coordinator Part-Time Position (20-25 hours/week)

Family Owned, Manufacturing Company of hose, cord, and cable reels is seeking a Trade Show Coordinator. In this administrative position, the successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, a high level of detail, and be able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilites:
*Plan, organize, monitor and execute all activities associated with trade shows.
*Maintain trade show displays and materials for outbound and incoming shipments.
*Work with QC Department to ensure all returned trade show materials are intact.
*Communicate new marketing material needs with the Inside Sales & Marketing Manager and Creative Director.
*Communicate with customer service and and shipping coordinate all trade show shipments.
*Inspect each outbound shipment before it is sent for proper items for each show.
*Communicate with National Managers (NCM) to ensure all marketing materials and reels are in supply and are in good working condition.
*Receive Daily Expo Reports from NCM's and generate a summary report for each trade show with NCM input.
*Collect and record data from each trade show for yearly comparisons.
*Research new possible shows where our products may be used and the costs associated with them.
*Provide immediate NCM support during trade shows assisting with any request they may have.
*Conduct follow up for all top generated outside interest.
