Job: Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Amenda Insurance Associates Limited, an Independent Agency formed in 2007, is looking to add another Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to help us grow.

You will be expected to learn about the broad variety of products we sell and the carriers we represent; you will receive help and guidance from our very experienced staff. The person hired for this position will be a person of character with high standards of personal integrity and a strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are requisite attributes, as well.

This will become a very high-paying job for the right person; we intend to pay both new business and renewal commissions. Policy equity is negotiable.

You will be expected to generate your own leads. Opportunities for networking will be provided for you through the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau and various other sources.

We will support you with service staff and an office. Your time will be devoted to prospecting and selling as well as learning product and carrier information.

An active Arizona Property and Casualty Producer license is required

At least two years of insurance sales experience is required, no exceptions.

Computer skills adequate to handle routine tasks are required.

The position requires the ability to motivate yourself and work independently.

You must be able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

The ability to work well with others is required.

The appointment process includes a background check, credit check, so a reasonable credit record is mandatory.
