Duties and Responsibilities
The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering Dean's Office is searching for an Executive Assistant to the Dean. This position is responsible for oversight and management of a highly complex and demanding professional schedule; communication between the Dean, senior ASU administrators, faculty, and prominent external clientele; researching, drafting and preparing presentation materials and written communications; and coordination of some Dean's-level events. The position must be responsive to the Dean, capable of working with considerable independence, and capable of appropriately dealing with materials and issues that are sensitive and confidential in nature.

DAYS AND SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM to include some nights and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, education or related field and five (5) years of related work experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Desired Qualifications:
Experience working with: handling complex calendar and travel arrangements for an administrator; coordinating of special events; writing and presentations; advanced competencies in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint.
