Job: Inside sales Application engineer Technical sales

Interface, Inc. Established in 1968 (All American Made) the world leader in high accuracy load cells for force measurement is currently seeking an experienced Application Engineer with exceptional customer service skills.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Work with project and or Design Engineers to develop a successful concept that meets the customer's requirements.

Ability to define new products and new applications.

Solve customer application problems in a timely manner.

Works cooperatively, constructively and productively within a high growth environment.

Identify and help to enhance the company's competitive advantage by providing product recommendations to fit customer's requirements.

Inside sales, specific sales assigned, and sales accounts.

Accountable for their designated sales goals.

Supports customer sales primarily through phone, email and written correspondence.

Ensures completion of all orders and customer request in a timely manner (within a 24 hour period).

Reviews contracts to determine what documentation is required for a project.

Process all purchase orders.

Identify and help to enhance the company's competitive advantage by providing product recommendations to fit customer's requirements.

Travels as needed

Requirements:

MIN AA degree preferred experience in a related Technical/Mechanical field preferred

Excellent communication and written skills

Proficient in MS-EXCEL and MS-Word

Detail oriented

Strong team player

Ability to work with a global constituent base

Ability and willingness to work directly with customers on resolution of complex technical issues

Inside sales experience preferred
