This position sells an intangible – a service as opposed to goods.
At Cosmopolitan our clients entrust us to effectively and accurately communicate urgent medical information. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service to all of our callers; they range from patients in emergency situations to hospitals needing to setup urgent consultations, doctors needing assistance with surgeries or deliveries and an array of other urgent calls. Our team makes a difference, one call at a time. Cosmopolitan has been in business for over 30 years, services over 3000 physicians and was recently ranked in the top of all small companies to work for in the state of Arizona by the Business Journal.

We also have a commercial division that provides call center, outsourcing solutions, virtual reception, voicemail, disaster recover, order entry and 24 hour emergency dispatch.

We are looking for dynamic, professional Account Executives who are passionate about what they do. You will be responsible for selling remote reception, answering service and call center services to companies throughout the nation (job does not require travel). We are a professional company, with a strong reputation in the community for providing the highest level of quality Customer Service to our clients.

Candidate should be comfortable attending professional networking groups, creating your own leads based on research and networking, and field incoming calls from prospects. Some leads are provided. Attendance as weekly networking groups is mandatory, and tracked.

Candidate should be self motivated with strong work ethic, organizational skills, and people skills. Candidate should be able to easily determine client’s needs and build customized packages to meet client needs. With the current economic climate, candidate must be comfortable selling premium customer service and overcoming price objections.
