Currently we are seeking dynamic, career-oriented Recovery Collectors to join our team.
These positions are located at our Tempe Service Center located in Tempe off of Kyrene and Elliot, near Interstate 10, Loop 101, and Valley Metro bus lines. Position Description: Aggressively pursue post charge-off and deficiency balance accounts according to the Company’s Standard. Position Function: Re-establish and maintain communication with customers to minimize company loss. Negotiate payoffs, settlements and payment programs, according to company guidelines. Achieving various numeric standards and goals for servicing accounts without sacrificing quality of service, maintain adherence to FDCPA guidelines, and consistently representing Green Tree in a professional manner. Position Requirements:
Mortgage servicing experience a plus 2 years Credit Bureau Reporting knowledge and skip tracing experience 2 years post Charge off and Deficiency balance Collections experience required Persuasive and professional communication skills Detailed self starter who is motivated and organized Ability to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced, stressful environment Strong numeric aptitude Ability to meet department attendance standards Important Notes
Schedule:
2 late nights per week (9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.) 2 day shifts per week (6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) Fridays 6 a.m. to noon 2 Saturdays/month (6 a.m. to noon) More hours at end of month; schedule may change based on business needs Our employees receive a generous benefits package including: Competitive pay based on experience + monthly bonus program based on attaining individual and team goals (up to $2,750.00 per month).
