We at “EXL Security” are looking for a -Team Lead Recruiter- for our sales team. The
position available requires organizational skills, interpersonal skills and self motivation. We
currently have Team Leads making an average of $84,000+ after being employed for 2-4
months.

“EXL Security” is a valley based authorized dealer for General Electric (GE). GE has been
continuously providing residential homes with the latest and most advanced technology in the
home security industry.

Considering the hardship of these economic times, there is no wonder why the home security
industry has continued to grow as the crime rate has steadily increased over the past few years.

The position we are looking to fill is described as –Team Lead-. We provide you with the
training and tools needed to quickly advance you within our company. Our team leads will be
required to recruit sales reps AND do cold contacting for actual system sales. People who are
unwilling to step out of their comfort zone will not be successful in this position.

Your position with us will make you feel confident, knowing that you are helping many
lower-income earning families with the opportunity to feel safe and secure in their homes with
the latest GE home security equipment as well as providing employment record setting
unemployment year.

For people with leadership and sales experience, we provide the opportunity for you to make
$125,000+ per year.
