Banking Sales Representatives

TCF Bank is looking for fun, energetic people to work in our Traditional branches!

What you would do:
Aggressively promote, sell and refer TCF products and TCF services.
Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related products.
Initiate and open new accounts while providing appropriate information on regulations and policies.
Accurately process, closely verify, and promptly key all transactions in a manner, which maintains TCF standards and high level of customer service.
Promote positive image of TCF.


MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE FULL TIME (9-5) 2 WEEK TRAINING CLASS!!

Qualifications we seek include:
Proven sales record or strong interest in sales.
Ability to confidently approach prospective TCF customers.
Previous customer contact/sales experience preferred.
High School degree or GED, or working towards completion.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability/interest to perform necessary calculations.
Basic computer skills preferred.

Bilingual Spanish BSR's are also needed and will be required to pass a language proficiency assessment.
