Scottsdale Financial Advisor/Insurance Agency is looking for a Part-Time Sales Assistant/Office Administrator. This position provides a liaison between the clients, the executives, the staff, and the securities and insurance companies. This position is critical to keeping the daily business running smoothly through excellent client care and communication. Duties include answering phones, maintaining calendars and processing applications.

Skills / Requirements

Experience working in the financial planning industry, specifically with insurance and investments is required. Interested candidates MUST HAVE their Health and Life License as you will be making prospecting calls to potential clients. Candidates who do not have their license to sell health and life insurance will not be considered.
