Your on-the-job training will encompass:
...fantastic customer service(not just good)
...register procedures(math skills are required)
...bread and cookie baking
...food handling procedures
...rotating and putting away food products(must be able to lift 50 pounds)
...cleaning procedures
...memorize and perform sandwich formulas
...listen, observe, learn and perform(must be coachable to follow directions)

PREREQUISTES:

Education: High School or Equivalent

Experience: Demonstrated ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.

Physical: Positions requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Most important qualities: dependable, eagerness to learn, great attitude.
