POSITION SUMMARY: A commission with base Internet Sales Specialist is responsible for making outbound phone calls to potential new customers who have contacted the company via the Internet. This Specialist works from a centralized location and is evaluated on the ability to meet appointment goals and revenue targets. He/she must be goal-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, self disciplined and have high level of oral and written communication skills. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - All job responsibilities listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any/all incumbents, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. *At least 2 years of telemarketing/phone sales required
*1-3 years proven success in exceeding goals and building relationships with customers and coworkers *Flexibility to work varied shifts - including nights and weekends *Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills required *Good attention to detail and strong multi tasking skills *Ability to interact with customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner *3-5 years of experience in working with Office programs, including but not limited to, Excel and Outlook *Proficient and comfortable with operating a computer keyboard and navigating the internet *High School degree or equivalent preferred but not required OR *Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
