By joining our Banquet Kitchen team you will be a integral part in our tradition of excellence. As a Garde Manger Cook you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and monitoring of food for banquet functions (i.e. plated or buffet) according to the specifications given on the Banquet Event Order and by the Banquet Chef. The products need to be reviewed with the supervisor prior to beginning.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:
*Previous experience as a Cook or Chef is highly recommended.
*Must have an understanding of kitchen operation.
*Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. This is an AM shift.
*Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
*Must be able to take orders well.
*Must be able to take directions and work well with the kitchen staff and supervisors.
*This is a very active position.
*It requires several hours of standing, moving and lifting heavy trays.
