Job: RN - Home Health Nurses

Alarys Home Health is currently looking for Home Health RN's to do per diem visits. Shifts may include but aren't limited to:

-Infusion, IV Therapy
-Wound Care
-Post Surgery Recovery
-Medication Monitoring
-Blood Sugar, Pressure & Cholesterol Checks
-Enternal Feedings
-Vital Signs & Glucose Monitoring
-Pain Management

Home health nurses provide periodic services to patients at home. After assessing patients' home environments, they care for and instruct patients and their families. Home health nurses care for a broad range of patients, such as those recovering from illnesses and accidents, cancer, and childbirth. They must be able to work independently, and may supervise home health aides.

Requirements for Registered Nurse / RN for Home Health includes:

-Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
-Minimum one year of nursing experience required. Home health experience a plus!
-Current CPR certification.
-Ability to assess patient status and identify requirements relative to age specific needs.
-Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and auto liability insurance.
