All Valley Home Health Care is currently have three offices in the Phoenix metro area and need staff members that are willing to grow with the company. We are currently hiring for a Client Care Coordinator / Staffing Coordinator who is motivated for career advancement! No experience needed!

Here's what you'll do as a Client Care Coordinator / Staffing Coordinator:
Client Care Coordinator / Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the care and schedules for 200+ clients and 200+ caregivers. The Client Care Coordinator / Staffing Coordinator will be meeting with clients, developing a care plan, and coming back to the office to find the right caregiver for the job. Duties also include doing in-home visits and personally introduce each employee to our clients when they start a new job. This is a FAST paced work environment which requires critical thinking and great customer services skills. You will be required to do both office work and field work.

* Bilingual a PLUS!
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* A Reliable Vehicle
* Ability to multi-task
* Computer software Experience
* Display Positive Image while Working in a Fast Paced Environment
* Customer Service Experience preferred
* Previous Caregiver Experience a plus!
* ABLE TO WORK AN ON CALL ROTATION
* Management experience a plus too!
