Job: Full-Time Evening Customer Finance Specialist

So what will you be doing as a Customer Finance Specialist? Our Customer Finance Specialist spend a majority of the time (as much as 90%) on inbound calls with customers, in a customer service/billing capacity.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inbound or outbound accounts receivable calls to assist customers with their accounts.

Answer a variety of billing questions and educate the customer on the company's billing practices.

Collect payments over the phone using a variety of payment methods.

Gather data and document activity on customer accounts.

Current schedules available are for full-time evening/weekend shifts.

High school diploma or GED required.

Customer Service and/or Collection experience (preferably in a call center environment).

Basic computer and Microsoft office skills; minimum 20 WPM.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Ability to exibit good judgement.

Must be detail oriented and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.


All qualified candidates must successfully complete both pre-employment drug screening & criminal background check as well as be able to provide proof of education before being hired.
