Job: Controller

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: College degree and 3 or more years experience performing full charge accounting functions.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for preparation of financial operating results and month end close. GAAP compliance.
General ledger entries, accruals, and amortizations.
Balance sheet and bank account reconciliations and analysis.
Various tax calculations and filings.
Interact with clients, vendors, company personnel and other individuals as needed to provide quality internal and external customer service.
Prepare weekly cash forecast.
Perform Accounts Payable functions to ensure that vendor invoices are recorded and paid in a timely manner.
Perform Accounts Receivable functions to ensure all time and expenses are captured, billed to clients and that payments are collected in a timely manner.
Assist in the development and implementation of effective and efficient accounting procedures in accordance with GAAP.
Perform other role-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to help meet the Companys goals and objectives.

SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong skills in the following areas: Technical accounting knowledge, full charge accounting functions, Microsoft Excel, bank and balance sheet reconciliation, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, analytical thinking. Knowledge and experience using QuickBooks a plus.
