We are currently looking for a full time COT RTA/CL (Title 36) to work at one of our case management sites. Responsibilities are to serve as a participating member of the client's team and provide services to promote positive behavioral change for court ordered clients. The COT RTA/CL specifically manages a COT (Title 36) caseload and is responsible for clinical oversight of client care, and to the team as it relates to the delivery of services, including the assessment and service planning processes. Provides or coordinates all covered services (e.g. case management, outreach, crisis intervention, and counseling) to address clients' individual treatment needs, keep court ordered clients informed of the Title 36 process, and monitor the implementation of the court ordered treatment plan. Minimum Qualifications:
MA in behavioral health related field, no experience necessary or MA in non-BH related field & 30 semester hours in BH education, no experience necessary or BA in BH related field, no experience necessary or BA in non-BH related field & 30 semester hours in BH education & 2 years BH work experience or Associate Degree in BH related field & 2 years BH work experience or Associate Degree in non-BH related field & 30 semester hours in BH education & 3 years BH work experience. Experience working with a COT (Title 36) caseload preferrred! Important Notes
Must be 21 years of age or older (licensing requirement).
Must possess a valid AZ drivers license with no major moving violations and no more than two moving violations within the last three years.
