Job: Outbound Rep - Temporary - $10/hr - Starts ASAP!

General Summary:
This position will respond to inquiries, researching customer questions & complete transactions over the phone, via an on-line order-entry application. Position will provide a high level of service for our web, telesales & retail customers. Key performance objectives include completion of service activation and corresponding product and extended service sales. Position will be required to troubleshoot through a heavily interfaced system environment on a continuous basis and must demonstrate a high level of personal accountability.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Knowledge in basic order entry and customer support. Timely follow-up on customer inquires, and research to assure satisfactory completion.
Front line interaction with customers. Sales will be generated from incoming call traffic into the telesales call center.
Must be able to handle large call volume, and deal with customers in a caring and concerned manner while maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times.
Experience in maintaining strong working relationships and effective lines of communications with customers and internal partners.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:
The position requires excellent listening skills in order to assist the customer in a professional and timely manner.
Outlook, Excel, and MS Word.
Familiarity with the Internet.
Must possess excellent time management skills and be detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess proficient telephone etiquette.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative preferred
