The Inbound Sales Representative is required to fulfill responsibilities with the objective to increase overall sales revenue for Direct Alliance and its partners. A high level of job performance must be achieved, which is measured through a variety of related sales metrics, such as the company's Platinum Club Sales Performance Policies. The quality and method of work must be completed in accordance with Direct Alliance Corporation's core values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from consumers or businesses in the small, medium and large business space.

Create new accounts for customers calling for the first time. Maintain a minimum of 6 hours of ready time on phone per day.

Data entry of a variety of required profiling information for all customers who call in. Data entry will also be necessary to compile quotes, orders, and related reporting tools.

Attain minimal levels of sales revenue performance based on existing tenure-based goals.

Skills / Requirements

1 or more years Sales experience required.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Basic understanding of the computer industry and/or computer hardware and software use desired.

Familiarity with basic use of voice mail and electronic mail systems helpful, but not required.

Use of basic multi-line phone systems.

Knowledge of current company software programs (Microsoft Office, and Internet browsers) extremely helpful.

Additional Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain a minimal level of performance across all categories as described in the Platinum Club performance plan.

Perform the many duties associated with order maintenance, including but not limited to customer service, backorder fulfillment, verification of data, and related duties as assigned.

Assist customer with any escalations and/or problems encountered during the normal course of business.

Attend on-going training seminars to develop and maintain product knowledge, knowledge of our company, Partner, Industry, sales skills, and computer skills.
