Summary:
Perform mechanical diagnostics and repairs on semi-trucks. Duties may include, but are not limited to customer service; upselling; recording invoices correctly. Must be responsible, reliable, and dependable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Diagnose all working components.
• Maintain general service record for customers.
• Process customer invoices for payment including accurate inventory processing.

Working Conditions
• Shop environment.
• Must be available nights and weekends
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time

Requirements
Experience & Skills:
• ASE certification.
• Must have Hunter alignment certification
• Experience with PMs, brakes, AC, electrical, alignment, tires, wheels, wheel seals, etc.
• 5+ years trade experience.
• Outgoing and friendly attitude toward customers and co-workers.
• Must have own tools.

Travel:
• Must be able to provide reliable transportation to get to and from work.
