Job: Immediate (Permanent; Full-time) Opening - Senior Loan Processor

Hunter Financial Group, LLC (HFG) is a privately owned mortgage lender currently licensed to conduct business in 17 states (FHA/VA approved). We serve our customers from Class A office facilities in Tempe, AZ, Addison, TX, and Indianapolis, IN.

Our AZ corporate office has an immediate opening for a permanent Loan Processor position for our fast-paced, high-volume corporate office. Individual must possess strong attention to detail, have a proactive, can-do attitude, and a strong sense of urgency.

Duties:
Open all loan files to include: order title, verify appraisal ordered, verify income, verify credit, order payoffs, order insurance, verify assets, verify all disclosures, update Point screens with dates and applicable info, send welcome letters
Submit a complete loan package to the investor, containing all of the DU and investor requirements and any appropriate letter of explanation.
Review files daily for status of approval & address conditions and submit to investor to clear stipulations
Prepare file for doc signing
Monitor case loads for accuracy, quality control, underwriting, government guidelines, and required verbal communication with customers.
Maintain knowledge and self-motivation in all functions of processing and closing, including traditional and automated underwriting requirements and brokered guidelines.
Complete a minimum average of 25 fundings per month.
Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers
Prepare for and attend a weekly pipeline review with Operations management
Effectively interact and coordinate closing with customers, investors, closing agents and attorneys.
Maintain open communication with customer, loan officer, management, lender, title.

Minimum three years of loan processing experience in high volume mortgage operation, including FHA, VA, and Conventional products
Ability to think critically, analyze, and resolve problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptable to multiple commitments, varying personalities, and continuous changes/upgrades.
Proficient in Calyx Point, Email. MS Office, Internet research, and various online applications.
