Successful, licensed, experienced and professional insurance agent wanted:


Join a young and growing insurance agency. This position is an Independent Contractor.

We ask that you have a proven record of outstanding sales and to be licensed in good standing in the state of Arizona. Health Insurance/Benefits experience a big plus!

You are responsible for your own taxes and having a current license in the state of Arizona.

We provide appropriate work space; email; CSR; office phone access; marketing materials; copier; access to desktop PC and internet.

This position requires both inside and outside sales and you must be professionally presentable and be able to establish rapport and relationships over the phone.

Duties:
* Develop prospects through direct solicitation, identify business opportunities using business affiliations, networking, and all other contacts. FACILITATE NEW BUSINESS.
* Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, research and recommend new opportunities.
* Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
* Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company/agency standards.
* Be flexible and open to company marketing plans.
* Act with honesty and integrity at all times.
* Accountable to participate in company meetings as required
* Communicate timely and appropriately with owners/partners.
* Meet goals and quotas as determined by Managing Senior Agent.

* 7 years minimum of experience in insurance sales.
