Job Description: Reports to the Catering Manager. Supervises catering operations both on and off campus for the component. Functions include supervising preparation, service and cleanup, supervising servers and support personnel. Job Duties: • Supervise the preparation, service, and clean up of food and refreshments • Responsible for Customer Relations during events, responds to customers last minute requests, ensures customer satisfaction. • Ensures that appropriate sanitation and safety standards are met • Guides team members through difficult situations Skills/Experience Requirements: • Must be able to work nights and weekends – this is a 7 day operation • Must be able to work a flexible schedule with possible short notification changes • Must be able to lift 40 pounds • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time • Must have valid drivers license and willing to drive truck or van • Must be able to meet DOT Certification requirements • Previous supervisory experience • Ability to coach and develop staff • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus • Must have previous Catering experience in a hotel, conference center or convention center Aramark ASU Preview
