Job: Financial Sales Representative

BBVA Compass has an immediate Financial Sales Representative opening!

The successful candidate will sell retail banking products and services to all branch customers; open new accounts and obtain all required documentation; promote cross selling of retail products by soliciting existing and prospective customers; and provide outstanding customer service while responding to daily customer inquiries.

* A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
* Prior banking experience in new accounts or in a teller position is preferred.
* Must have strong sales and communication skills as well as knowledge of basic banking regulations.
* Sales training would be helpful.
* CRT, typing and 10 key skills are required.
* Bilingual Spanish a plus.
