Job: PRN PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA

Ridgecrest Healthcare is seeking PRN PT, OT, ST, PTA, and COTA to join our team. The positions may transition into a part-time position. We are located off the 51 Freeway and Bell Road.

* Must be knowledgeable of and abide by
- Therapy and medical practices and procedures
- Laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to the practice of therapy and long term care.
- Medicare guidelines.
* At least one year of hospital or long term care experience is preferred.
* Flexible hours and schedule, which may transition into a part-time position.
* Excellent and competitive pay.

* Must possess and maintain a current, unencumbered certification to practice as a Therapist in the state of Arizona.
* Current Fingerprint Clearance Card.
* Current CPR Card.
* Current TB Test/Chest X-Ray.
