Job: Supply Chain Coordinator

A northwest valley assembly firm is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator. The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
-All issues concerning material movement, material storing, material issuing, inventory management and accuracy, receiving and shipping, finished goods management to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications required are:
- Experience in organizing and maintaining warehouse, receiving and shipping operations;
- Coordinate resources to support the above operations to ensure all areas are maximized and fully operational;
- Coordinate return product with QA and Purchasing;
- Responsible for on-going daily cycle counts and fiscal year end inventory;
- Review daily orders for requirements and priorities;
- Implement and maintain a system to reduce inventory levels;
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing methods,
- Maintain inventory locations;
- Work order management;
- Inventory management accuracy-transaction management;
- Coordinate and organize scrap materials;
- Assist with support of Kanban system for all materials and finished goods;
- Report and track to support supplier performance programs.

Education and experience requires high school diploma or general education degree; minimum of one year related experience in a warehouse environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
