Job: Dialer Support Technician / Administrator

Entry Level Position

Operate and manage a predictive dialer, run and learn reporting, and other IT functions.

Candidate will manage and run an Avaya Predicative dialer for a large telemarketing call center on a daily basis, run dialer reporting, complete and follow through on daily reporting tasks and customer deliverables.

Preferred candidate should possess an interest or career in Call Center Operations and have good PC knowledge.
Entry level Microsoft office skills required.
Desired candidate should also possess excellent attendance, time management skills, customer service, communication and follow through, and the ability to work under a fast paced and high demand environment.
