3rd Party Collectors our call center is GROWING! We are actively hiring EXPERIENCED 3rd PARTY COLLECTORS to join our team!

Cavalry Portfolio Services is a debt purchaser, specializing in Third Party Collections of deficient auto loans, credit cards, cell phone accounts & specialty consumer loans.

The Resolution Specialist (Collector) is responsible for:

* Skip-tracing
* Outbound calling to our customers to determine solutions
* Negotiating and arranging acceptable repayment plans, which can include settlement offers
* Collecting on charged-off debt
* Adhering to all applicable collections laws (FDCPA)

We are looking for experienced collectors who possess the following skills:

* Computer literate (Windows-based operating systems)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Able to effectively manage time
* Able to type and enter data accurately while speaking with customers
* Steady, consistent employment history
* Must have collections experience!

Requirements:
* Locating (skip tracing) of debtors to obtain current address and contact information
* Time management in administrative tasks regarding debtor's accounts.
* Proper record keeping and documentation of all communication and contacts made with the debtor regarding their financial status and collection efforts.
* Review, prepare and refer accounts to the Legal Department for further action if necessary.
* Computer Literate (Windows programs)
* Must be able to type and enter data while speaking to customers
* Knowledge and/or Familiar with applicable FDCPA Collections Laws.
