Job: Housekeeping/Janitorial

NESCO Resource has an immediate opening for a Housekeeper/Janitor for our client located in Scottsdale.

*****Responsible for all outside areas including trash removal and clean up
*****Collects trash and empties trash into receptacles for pick-up.
*****Empties recyclable bag receptacles.
*****Responsible for helping to clean and maintain floors, carpets, fixtures, doors, windows, restrooms, and all other interior areas of the building
*****Helping to Vacuum and shampoo carpeted areas as well as cleaning offices and stock areas.
*****Helping to cleans restrooms and break room. Cleans mirrors, doors, and windows.
*****Dust furniture, fixtures, hallways and clean ashtrays.

*****Speak, read, write and understand English.
*****Good communication skills, both verbal and written
*****Working knowledge of applicable sanitary standards.
*****Stand and lift up to 25pds.
*****Push or pull a cart with equipment.
*****Able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
